Constant error with new template

and even after switching back to a standard template... Whatever I try, I cannot even open my opportunities... Message tells me: "an unhandled exception has occured in your..." ... "Specified Argument was out of the range of valid values. Parameter name: '=' is not a valid value for index" What to do? Alex

Error when exporting to excel

Hello, when creating a forecast and want to export in Excel, the following error message appears: Error in File C:\Program Files\Software On Sailboats\Desktop Sales Manager\Forecasts\What is my Revenue Forecast.rpt: Error detected by export DLL: All other exports (PDF etc...) work fine. Can you help?

When starting, the program tries to read the last pipeline and template you were using. Best guess from your comment is that one of them has become unusable. Sorry to ask, but can you copy/paste the details of the error message so we can see where the error occured?

Hi, thx. Fixed it myself, problem was that I pressed clear mappings..I guess. I started all over again to create a new template, was a bit more carefull and now it works...Alex
