- Copies a pipeline file from your computer to @Cloud
- Inserts or merges the deals and contacts from the pipeline file into the selected databases
- Upload empties all content from the database before inserting the uploaded deals and contacts.
- Merge does NOT empty the database prior to inserting deals and contacts. In the case of duplicates, inserted deals and contacts will overwrite existing deals and contacts in the database.
Upload
If you wish to move the contents of a pipeline file on your personal computer into one or more databases use upload. You can upload to more than one database - they will all have the same content after being uploaded.
Merge
An example of how merge might be used is lead distribution - a telemarketing team might merge qualified leads into a sales rep's database.
