Your contacts and deals are stored in files on your computer. It is not uncommon to keep more than one file. For example you might keep a file that contains all of your leads. You might keep another file that contains your mailing list. Desktop Sales Office will automatically open the last file that you were working on.
During installation shortcuts were installed in the Software On Sailboat's start menu folder and on your desktop.
You can open a pipeline file with Desktop Sales Office by double clicking on a pipeline file icon. This is especially helpful when you're pipeline files are stored on your desktop.
The File tab in Desktop Sales Office allows rapid access to pipelines files stored on your desktop, in My Documents/Software On Sailboats or in your My Documents folder.
