The Ping operation is used to insure that your computer can connect to Software On Sailboat's @Cloud. The Ping diagnostic button is located in Files (Backstage) ==> @Cloud. It checks for:
- Internet Connectivity Unable To Connect to @Cloud
- Database
- Not Set - No database has been defined
- Status: Active - database exists
- Does Not Exist - database has not been created
- Deals If database exists, lists the number of Deals
- Contacts If database exists, lists the number of Contacts
