What reports do you use or need?

We are adding reporting to v11 of Desktop Sales Office. We are actively seeking your feedback on the types of reports you use, need, want, hate, or can't live without. You can add comments below with having to register or use the Contact form, so please feel free to jot down your thoughts...

Reports

We'd need two reports in order to be able to use the software and switch from our current system: -->A report of all phone calls made and recorded through the journal function. Currently the activity log only gives a "journal change" message and we'd need it to be more specific. -->A report of all "deals" expected within a specified timeline. This you already have in there and looks great.

Hello, This weekend I'm in the process of converting my old file so that I can upgrade. Reports that I have always wanted was basically a dump of a particular record, but also sometimes a print out of multiple records. What would be nice would be to sort the contacts, then highlight a selection of those contacts within your sorted list and print all of them. Making sure it tells you first how many records you have selected and are you sure you want ot print them? Nice job on DSM over the years. Jen
