Rod: I've been using VanillaSoft for my team of telemarketers to make appointments for several sales teams, but the costs of VS are bothering me. You've done a superb job of designing a CRM piece for salespeople, and I'd like to know if we can take it into a slightly different direction - telemarketing for teams.
