House painting and business...

I've spent the last four weeks painting our house here in Austin, Texas. Since it is summer and hovers around 100 degrees during the day, I spend a few hours in the relative cool of the mornings doing my painting. The rest of my day is spent on esoteric programming and marketing tasks. Painting is a nice change with direct results you can see immediately.

I like it, and I re-learned a few things about business along the way.,

Multimedia Sales University is now on this website

Sales University has been consolodated to this website. It houses the user Guides for our products. The User Guides contain text, images, and short how-to videos to speed learning.

Sales Office Administrator v 10.11 posted.

Like Desktop Sales Office, this new version moves documentation online and accessable via the Help & Internet tab. Download the latest version for free from the Downloads section of the website.

Desktop Sales Office v 10.51 posted.

Several small but important changes in this release. Documentation has been moved online and the Help & Internet tab now shows the online Sales University. In addition, a problems with the Deal and Contact forms displaying white-text-against-white-background (very un-appealing) has been fixed for Windows XP users using the standard Blue color scheme.

I am famous - I'm in Google Maps

This is me in my truck (really) about two blocks from home. The all-seeing Google Map car was whizzing through the neighborhood. I was on my way out to pick up my wife who was walking the dogs. Jack (the Corgi) is a little spoiled and likes a ride home in the back of the truck. No good deed goes unpunished. So the Google Map cam car found me on a mission to pick up Nancy and Jack.
