Template Manager
creates templates that customize Desktop Sales
Manager or Pocket Sales Manager to your
business, your industry, and your selling style
- without any special programming skills
required.
Choose the type of information to be collected
in the fields – text, lists, dates, yes/no.
Create drop down lists that contain the choices
that save you time. Set validation to insure
that email fields contain email, phone number
fields contain phone numbers, currency fields
contain currency, etc. You can even add
‘template’ information in the Journal fields – a
sales plan to be completed, questions you want
to ask your prospects – almost anything.
You can also use Template Manager to control the
connection between Desktop/Pocket Sales Manager
and 28 Microsoft Outlook fields. So when you
pick an Outlook contact in Desktop or Pocket
Sales Manager the Outlook name, address,
telephone, etc all get transferred with one
click.
Field types supported:
Text, list (entry allowed), list (choose only),
checkbox, calendar

Numeric, currency, date, email address, logical
(yes/no, true/false), telephone number,
international telephone number, website address
