The 'watch' flag is set to force the Pipeline display to allow the user to draw attention to a limited number of Opportunities at any point in time. This is a toggle type switch, such that clicking the menu item when it is ON will turn it OFF and vice versa. Any 'watched' Opportunity will appear with a blue icon on the Pipeline display screen.
