Selecting Status from the Tap & Hold menu will display the following screen:
The user may select any one of the six Opportunity Status values which are fairly self-explanatory. 'Status' is one of the possible selections on the Navigator and allows the user to view Opportunities grouped under the five headings.
Additionally, you may select 'Status' from the normal Pipeline treeview by clicking on the line entry, which will also allow the user to change the Status using the same entry screen as described above..
Whenever the Status of an Opportunity is changed, an entry is written to the Journal to indicate the Date and Time of the change, and the new Status of the Opportunity.
