Whenever you have won or lost a particular Opportunity, there is really no need to keep it in your active Pipeline. The Desktop Sales Manager provides the capability to archive old Opportunities for analysis and reporting purposes, and on the PSM we provide this function to delete all Opportunities that are 'Won' or 'Lost'. Use the Edit->Deelet Won/Lost menu to select this function.
Check either or both of the checkboxes, click OK , and the program will scan the Pipeline and delete all Opportunities whose status matches the selected Won and/or Lost checkbox.
