It is possible to set up the Pocket Sales Manager so that you can display your own 'flash' startup screen instead of the default Software On Sailboats screen :
Follow these instructions:
1.Design your image as a graphics GIF file using your graphics program of choice.
2.The image should be 240x272 pixels in size.
3.Save the image on your PC with the file name splash.gif
4.If you are running the Pocket OS Second Edition, where the system allows you to switch your Pocket PC into 'Landscape' mode, you should also create a second image file 320x188 pixels in size and save this as splashls.gif
5.Using the ActiveSync program between your PC and your Pocket PC, copy these two files (or just the one if you don;t have Second Edition) to the My Device/Program Files/PocketSalesManager directory on the Pocket PC.
Now, whenever the program loads, your splash screen will display instead of ours.
