The contact display lists information about your contacts in columns.
Column Width
Column width can be changed with your mouse by the adjusting the column headers.
The column widths can be adjusted to the width of the column contents using the top ribbon bar's Display area. Choose Tools --> Autosize columns. To set the default column widths choose Tools --> Reset column size.
Sorting
You can sort the contact display by clicking on the any column header. Repeated clicks on a column header causes sorting by ascending, descending, then None.
Grouping
When a column header is clicked to sort in ascending or descending order, the Contacts will be grouped. For example, clicking on the City column will group contacts by City.
Refresh
Refresh will cause the contact display to re-calculate the display. All sorting is removed. If some contacts are hidden/not displayed, they remain hidden.
Reset
Reset removes all sorting, displays all contacts, and resets the layout of the Contact Edit form.
