Drag-and-drop
Text information can be drag-and-dropped into any of the text fields in the calling form - First, Last, Role/Title, Phone, Address1, Address2, City, State/Region, Postal Code, Country, Email, Journal, and Call Notes. Drag-and-drop is especially helpful when doing research on a prospect - using the Google or Yahoo search tabs or other Windows applications that support drag-and-drop like Internet Explorer, Word, and Excel. For example, if find a prospect's phone number listed in a directory on a web page you can drag-and-drop the phone number from the web page into the Phone field.
