A few of the most basic problems connecting with a Sales Data Center can be tested online through the button "Verify your connection to...".

Data Center Connection

The most basic test is to check to see if the remote computer can connect to information inside the Sales Data Center. If firewall, proxy servers or network security or any other measures are preventing the local computer from connecting through the Internet to the Sales Data Center then this test will fail.
