 When you use this program it accesses information in your Outlook folders - contacts, email, appointments, tasks and calendars. This program uses special software to bypass Outlook's inherent security - the Outlook security that is a deterrent to software viruses.

| Nothing in your Outlook security has been disabled, removed, or changed in any way when you load or use this software. This software bypasses Outlook's security measures, it does not disable them. Outlook's security measures still safeguard your system from viruses in exactly the same fashion as they did before this software was installed.

| You should continue to follow a careful security policy to insure the integrity of the information on your personal computer.

| 1. | Perform regular backups of your data. An external disk drive provides an excellent, low cost way of easily backing up your data.
|
| 2. | Use an ISP that provides a high degree of virus scanning of email and downloads.
|
| 3. | Use routers or wireless access points that include firewall protection.
|
| 4. | Use the Tools -> Windows Update feature of Internet Explorer to regularly insure that you have the latest security installed in your Windows operating system.

| 5. | Be very thoughtful and careful about any email attachments that you open.
