Pipeline List

Every open pipeline has a tab displayed in the Pipeline List area. The pipeline list provides a fast way of clicking from pipeline-to-pipeline.

Ribbon Menu

There are five menu tabs:
·Opportunities
·Pipelines
·Reports
·Tools
·Help

Summary Dashboard

In addition there is a dockable Summary Dashboard that shows key highlights of all open sales pipelines.

Status bar

The status bar at the bottom of the form offers a summary of all open pipelines:
·Current Pipeline: Opportunity count and revenue total
·All Open Pipelines: Opportunity count and revenue totals

Pipeline Window

Each pipeline window contains a Category area and a List area

Category Area

The Category area of the Pipeline Window organizes your sales pipeline using Buttons. You can choose to display category buttons that provide insight into your sales process. For clarity, you may also choose to not display a lot of the 40+ buttons that are available. For example, you may choose to display a button that organizes your sales opportunities by probability. In addition, there are two special buttons that may be displayed - Pipeline and Dashboard.

List tab

The List Area of the Pipeline Window displays items / sales opportunities in the sales pipeline. You can control which columns are displayed and their order through the menu Tools -> Columns or with the Columns button on the Tools toolbar. You may also save the width of the columns by right clicking in the list area and selecting Columns -> Save Sizes in the pop-up menu.

You may alphabetically sort the information in the list area in ascending or descending order by clicking on a column header. Clicking a sorted column will switch the sort order between alphabetically ascending and descending.

You have a tremendous amount of control over the information displayed in this area...and thus you have control over the information that will be exported to the Windows Clipboard and into Excel:
·Choose the columns you want to export: 80+ columns can be shown/hidden and ordered via Tools --> Columns --> Select button or by right clicking in the List Area and selecting Columns --> Options
·The List Area can be sorted by clicking on any column header
·Filtering will hide items from display (e.g. hide all items with the status 'Lost')
·You can hide items individually or in groups via Opportunities (tab) --> Hide Selected or Show Selected

Selecting any of the Category buttons or groups within a Category will impact the information shown in the List Area

Calendar Tab

The Pipeline Window's Calendar tab shows a combined view of your Outlook appointments along with Milestones from the items or sales opportunities in the List Area:
·Date Created
·Date closed (if not an active item)
·Expected Booking Date (if an active item)
·Milestones (Journal entries)

Milestone Tab

The Milestone tab is a timeline view based upon items in the List Area. For each item in the List Area the Timeline tab shows:
·Sales cycle for both active and closed items. Sales cycle for open items is the time period from the date the item was created until the expected booking date. Sales cycle for closed items is the time period from the date created until the actual closed date.
·Journal Entries
