Save To Pocket PC

Microsoft Active Sync v3.5, v3.7, v3.7.1 (or later) must be installed on your computer, and the Pocket PC must be installed in its cradle for this menu item to work. Specifically the program wcescomm.exe must exist on your computer in the directory Program Files/Microsoft Active Sync. If you have Active Sync installed, wcescomm.exe is present.

Sales pipelines and reports can be saved directly to your Pocket PC using menu File -> Save Pipeline -> Save To Pocket PC. There is not a toolbar button for saving a sales pipeline to your Pocket PC.

Saving Changes First

Before saving your sales pipeline to the Pocket PC, Desktop Sales Manager first insures that any changes you have made are saved to your personal computer.

Saving To The Pocket PC

Microsoft recommends that your Pocket PC files be kept in 4 folders - My Documents, My Documents/Business, My Documents/Personal, or My Documents/Templates. Select the target folder in the left area of the form, and enter the file name.
