Save To File

Sales pipelines and reports can be saved to your personal computer. Menu File -> Save Pipeline -> Save To File or choosing Pipelines --> Save button will invoke this command.

Saving Sales Pipelines

Normally, saving a pipeline will display a confirmation after the pipeline has been saved. Saving any pipeline that has "New" as part of the sales pipeline name will prompt you to choose a file name for the pipeline. All new pipelines are created with the name [New] and the time.

Saving Pipelines as CSV files

You can export a sales pipeline as a comma separated value (CSV) file. Use the Save As button and choose CSV in the "Save As Type" list at the bottom of the Save dialog box.

Saving Reports as Word, Excel, Rich Text, Or PDF Files

If the currently selected window contains a report rather than a sales pipeline you will be prompted to save the report.

Through "Save Type As" you may select the format that you want for saving the report: Microsoft Word document, Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, Rich Text, or Adobe Acrobat PDF file.
