Reports

Reports display a sales pipeline as a report.

Sharing reports by saving reports

Any report can be save as a Microsoft Word Document, an Excel spreadsheet, a PDF file, or a RTF (Rich Text Format) file using File --> Save As.

Printed reports

Of course any report can be printed.

Report Window layout

The Report Windows has three main features - Category Area, Report Area, and Report toolbar. The Report Area shows the report's information. It can also allow you to drill more deeply into a report. These 'drill down' report pages are displayed at the top of the report area.

Drill Down Reports

Some reports are interactive - either the organization of the report can be changed through the Category Area or you can drill down into the report itself to get more information.
