Pipeline Windows

Each sales pipeline - a data file - that you open is displayed in a pipeline window.

Pipeline Windows Layout

The pipeline window has a Category Area and three tabs: List, Calendar, and Milestones.

Category Area

Categories group your sales items/opportunities for analysis and action. Categories can be added or hidden. Selecting a category group causes the groups sales items/opportunities to be displayed in the List Tab.

List Tab

The List tab displays your sales items/opportunities in rows and columns. Right clicking on the list displays a menu of actions. Columns can be sorted and hidden. The row/column information can be copied/pasted into Excel.

Calendar Tab

The Calendar tab combines your Outlook appointments and sales item milestones like date created, date last modified, expected closing dates and Journal entries. You can edit/delete/add appointments that are saved in Outlook.

Milestone Tab

The Milestone tab displays a timeline for each of your sales items with the milestones for each sales item.
