Microsoft Outlook 2000, 2002/XP, or 2003 must be installed on your system for this command to work. Microsoft Outlook Express is not supported.
The menu File -> Open Pipeline -> Open From Outlook lets you open a sales pipeline that has been sent to you in email as an attachment.
Select A Folder
To open a sales pipeline that has been sent to you as an email attachment, first select the Outlook folder that contains the email and attachment. In most cases this will be your Inbox. However, if you have set up Outlook rules to re-direct your email with sales pipelines attached, you may choose ANY Outlook folder.
When you select an Outlook folder, email that has an attached file ending in ".xml" will be displayed in the right side of the form. Other email in your Outlook folder is not displayed in this list.
Selecting Email With Sales Pipeline Attachments
You may select the sales pipelines to open by checking the box next to the email. If an email has more than one sales pipeline attached, each sales pipeline is opened. The number of attachments per email is listed, as well as the total number of pipelines to be opened.
