Notifying the mailbox owners

The following example assumes you are a sales manager for Rhythm and Blues Services - a mythical professional services company that provides equipment and services to the professional touring musician. The example pipeline is based upon the Standard template, and uses either the Eastern Area or Western Area example pipelines that were installed with this program.

In the previous example, we set up the mailboxes for Rhythm and Blues sales team.

In this example we will notify each sales team member with the information they will need to connect Desktop Sales Manager to their mailbox in the post office.

Notify all mailbox owners

Click on the "Send and email to all mailbox owners" button. You have the change to add a message to the email that will be sent to each mailbox owner:

The Western Area sales rep will receive the email below, while the Eastern Area rep will receive a similar email with the information to connect to their mailbox. The Eastern Area rep does not get password information for the Western Area's mailbox, etc....
