Filter By Date

You can filter out sales opportunities that lie outside of a range of dates.

Which Date is Used?

You may choose which sales opportunity date is used when filtering between dates: date created, date last modified, order date, closed date, or overdue. A sales opportunity that was created on January 1st and is expected to close on February 15th will be filtered out of the range January 1st through January 31st if filed by order date, but would be included if using the creation date.

To select a date range, touch the ellipsis box in the upper right corner of the Filter By Date area.

Selecting Date ranges

Choosing a date range from January 1st, 2006 and January 2nd from the two calendars will show any sales opportunity that falls within the first two days of January 2006. The start date assumes a time of 12:00 AM and the end date assumes a time of 11:59 PM. The amount of time in the date range is displayed above the From/To calendars.

Selecting All Dates sets a date range of +/- 5 years from the current date.

You can select common date ranges from the list below the All Dates button:
