Customize

There are a number areas of Desktop Sales Manager that you customize to make it your selling tool. You may setup toolbars, the Dashboard, the columns that are displayed, and the groups within the Category areas.

Templates

One of the major ways to customize Desktop Sales Manager is through the templates provided with Desktop Sales Manager. A template adapts all of the 20 data fields of the Edit Opportunity form as well Journals and Sales Analysis. You can create you own templates with Template Manager. Templates are selected through shortcuts and buttons in the Tools --> Categories area.

Pipeline Categories

You can add and remove the categories in the Category Area. They are condoled by shortcuts and the Select button in the Tools --> Categories area.

Pipeline Columns

You also control the columns that appear in the List Area of a pipeline window. You can set order, width, and visibility of any column. Columns are controlled through the shortcuts and buttons in the Tools --> Columns area.
