A Call Result is a way to set a group of Contact properties, create a Journal Entry, and perhaps progress to the next contact - all with one click. It is used in calling campaigns to provide one-click updating of a contact record at the end of a call.

Managing Call Results
You can create or modify any of the working campaign's Call results using the New, Delete, and Save buttons in the Manager your Call Results area of the Campaign tab.

This is the Journal message

Entering text as the default journal entry will insert cause the text to be inserted into your contact as a Journal entry when this Call Result is selected. Default Journal entries can be changed or amended before the Call Result is executed.

Set these properties

Choose to set the rating, progress, status, or update a field by checking the adjacent text box and then choosing a value.

At the end of the call

Choose the actions to be taken when the call is completed:
·Save/Don't Save/Delete the contact.  
·Create an entry in the Results log  
·Advance to the next contact  
If a contact is deleted at the end of the call then the next contact is automatically displayed no matter what the state of the "Advance to the next contact" check box.
