Call a list of contacts

Got a lot of calls to make? Here is how to do it.

1) Display the contacts you want to call in the Contacts list
The Calls and Research tab uses the contacts listed in the Contacts tab as a "call list" and allows you to work through the calls. Use the various combinations of contact selection techniques and the Show/Hide buttons to display the list of contacts you wish to call in the Contacts tab.
Hiding/Showing does not delete contacts. You can see all your contacts using the Show All button on the Contacts tab.

2) Sort your contact list
You may click on any column header in the contact list to sort the list and therefore change the order of your calls.

3) Work through your calls

·The Contact List area of the Calls & Research tab has buttons that move to the first, previous, next, and last contact in your contact list.  
·You can enter a record number in the Contact List area to jump to a contact in your list.  
·Pressing a Call Result may advance to the next contact in your list automatically.
